You need to CC the receiving package when reassigning, otherwise it
only receives the control@ output, which isn't very helpful in terms of
working out what's going on, or being able to reply.

In any case, I'm confused as to why this was reassigned. Your original
request says "Please, remove this source package and its binary from
the archive", for which ftp.d.o was the right place.

Sorry for the confusion, I was dealing with other removal requests (but
for testing) and put everything in the same bucket. Reassigning this bug
to ftp.d.o so we can remove the source and binaries from the archive.
