Control: affects -1 + src:alberta

Dear release team,

i'd like to transition libalberta5 and rebuild the reverse dependencies.
The new version is based on upstream's alberta version 3.1.1. It has several
fixes in it but slightly changed the ABI.

There is only reverse dependency for this package: opm-grid.
Rebuilding that one in experimental has been tested and worked.

Hence this transition should be easy and fast.

The auto-alberta ben tracker seems ok.

Kind regards,

Markus
